Data collected and how it is used

• Beta sign-up: TradingView username, email address and X account (optional), sent through the website form. They are used to grant and later remove your beta access and to let you know when the paid version launches. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Email exchanges: to answer your questions. Legal basis: legitimate interest.

Recipients

• Netlify, the website host, which receives the forms and processes technical connection data (IP address, logs);
• TradingView, to which your username is given in order to add or remove access;
• Google (Gmail), for email exchanges.

Some of these providers are located in the United States. Transfers are covered by the safeguards provided by the GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses). Your data is never sold.

Retention

• Beta sign-up data: during the beta, then at most 12 months after it ends;
• Emails: 3 years after the last exchange.

Cookies and local storage

This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies. It only stores the language you chose in your browser (local storage), which does not require consent. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in order to deliver them.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to rafilemmxm@gmail.com; you will receive an answer within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL, or with the authority of your country.
