These terms apply to the IRL/ERL Orderflow Indicator (Free and Full editions) and to this website. Nothing is sold on this website.
1. Publisher
Clyde Villechaise EI, a sole trader operating under the brand Rafile, SIRET 107 000 895 00014, 1 impasse Robert, 69530 Brignais, France, email rafilemmxm@gmail.com (the “Publisher”).
2. The indicators
- Free edition: published for free on TradingView, open to everyone. Its use is governed by TradingView's terms of use and by these terms.
- Full edition (Key Levels included): an invite-only script on TradingView, available on request during the beta, then by subscription through the TradingView Marketplace.
3. Free beta
Beta access to the Full edition is free and granted, within the limit of available spots, to users who request it through the website form. It is granted to the TradingView username provided, usually within 48 hours. The Publisher may decline a request or remove access, in particular in case of a breach of these terms. Beta access may end when the paid version launches; users are notified by email beforehand. No payment is requested for the beta.
4. Paid version
The paid version will be offered exclusively on the TradingView Marketplace. Payment, taxes, invoicing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled there by TradingView under its own terms, which users accept when subscribing. Prices shown on this website are indicative, in US dollars; the applicable price is the one shown on TradingView at the time of subscription.
5. Licence
Access to the indicators grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use them on your TradingView account. You may not share your access, resell or make the indicators available to others, copy or replicate how they work, or attempt to obtain their code. In case of breach, the Publisher may remove access.
6. Updates and availability
The Publisher may change the indicators to improve them. The indicators run on the TradingView platform: the Publisher cannot be held liable for any interruption, change or limitation of that platform.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The indicators are chart analysis tools for educational and informational purposes. They are not investment advice, do not generate buy or sell signals and do not guarantee any result. You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions. Trading involves a substantial risk of loss. To the extent permitted by law, the Publisher cannot be held liable for losses related to the use of the indicators.

9. Complaints and mediation
For any complaint, please contact the Publisher first at rafilemmxm@gmail.com. 10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable agreement, the competent courts are those designated by law; consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
